The Bank shall not be held liable for losses arising from your failure to protect your account credentials or from unauthorised access caused by your negligence.
5. Limitation of Liability

- The Bank shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services
- We are not responsible for service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including system maintenance, natural disasters, or third-party failures
